              August 28           NOTE NEW DATE! SC Synod LCY Steering Committee meetings:
                                            - Midlands/Coastal: St. James, Sumter, 10 am until noon
                                             - Piedmont/Heartland: St. John's, Spartanburg, 10 am until noon
                                             - Western/Saxe Gotha: St. Stephen's, Lexington, 2-4 pm
                                             If you signed up at the LCY Convention to participate as a member of your
                                            youth conference steering committee, or if you are interested in serving in
                                            this way, please plan to attend this important orientation meeting.

A Word About Deadlines!

As we finalize plans for each of these events, there are preparations we must make based on the number of participants we expect. We set our deadlines to give us time to make sure we have what we need for everyone to have the best experience possible. SOOOO. . . 

We really need you to honor the deadlines for the events you plan to attend. That means, let your pastor or youth leader know that you will attend by the deadline they set for you so that they can get that in to us in time. THANKS!
