 2011 GUIDELINES and RESOURCES for OPERATION INASMUCH in the SC SYNOD

Operation Inasmuch is our community service work day that can involve every member of your congregation in reaching out to help others. There is an exciting change to Operation Inasmuch this year. We will have TWO consecutive Saturdays for congregations to take part in. Mark your calendars for Saturday April 30th and May 7th.

The two Saturdays will give us great opportunities for more people to participate and will give us the chance to complete a larger scale project that could begin on the 30th and finished on the 7th. Two Saturdays can double the number of projects we can complete. Volunteers can work on either Saturday or they can work both Saturdays

Now is the time for your congregation to begin to put together a Development Team. The team will locate possible sites and nominate team leaders for each project. Finally the team will set their schedule and make decisions on how they will serve the needs of others. Let's all pull together to make Operation Inasmuch 2011 the largest service day yet.
