The South Carolina Synod's Sexual Misconduct Policy
regarding Clergy and other Rostered Leaders

            “The South Carolina Synod of the ELCA is committed to preventing sexual misconduct within the church and to responding with justice and compassion when such misconduct occurs.”   

            The updated policy, approved by synod council in February of 2008, is available for all to read, and we especially encourage all rostered leaders to read it. Click here to read/download the policy.
